90-Day Return Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return under our voluntary 90-day policy, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom-made or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

For hygiene reasons, baby garments that have been worn, washed, stained, or otherwise used cannot be returned under our voluntary 90-day policy unless they are defective or your legal consumer rights provide otherwise.

Gift cards are non-returnable. Promotional or discounted items remain eligible for return unless they are clearly identified as final sale and applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.

This statutory right is separate from, and is not limited by, our voluntary 90-day return policy. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at nuvlibaby@gmail.com.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights you may have, including your rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
